Measurement

To determine your size follow these simple instructions:

1)Bust Measure over the fullest part of your bust.
2)Waist Measure around the smallest part of your waist, about 3 CM above your belly button.
3)Hips Measure the fullest part of your hips.

 

*In the event your 3 measurements do not tally with any size, go with the size that can fit the fullest part of your body. Generally the clothes are true to size, but it is normal to expect 2-3CM deviation in the apparels.

**Do not hesitate to ask us for a list of recommended tailors should your gown not fit you. Our pieces are made easily alterable and alteration are as low as $10 

How to Order

Add your desired item into the shopping cart. Click on checkout once orders are confirmed.

Do remember to check on the sizing, color and quantities before confirming checkout. 

All the images of items are true to actual item. Please note that there may be discrepancy in the colour you see on screen and on the item due to studio lighting or monitor settings/resolution. The quality of the product has been screened by our supplier and hence perceptive defects will not be entertained.

All measurements of apparel are based on circumference. We strongly advise using a tape to measure your own bust and waist so you know which size fits you. Waist measurements are taken 3CM above belly button.

All orders are final. We apologise that you will not be able to change or cancel your order after it is confirmed.

We will need 2-3 working days to pack your order before shipping it, and all our orders are shipped via AIR. From time to time, there may be shipping delays due to national holidays, festive shopping or shipping peak periods.

**Shipping Promo Info

For free shipping promotions,please note that it does not apply to the following countries due to the cost incurred for shipment to that country. A payment request with the shipping fee will be made to you before the order will be processed. If no shipping fee is received within 24 hours of the request, the order shall be refunded to you.

FAQ

  1. How can I pay for my order?
    For Singapore customers, you can make payment via PayPal, Internet banking, or ATM funds transfer. We ship to almost all the countries for free.For those not in the standard shipping list, we provide flat rate shipping to most destinations.

    For international customers, you can make payment via PayPal in a currency available on your PayPal.
  2. How can i be sure my gown fits me?

Don’t worry, If you do not know your body size, drop us an email with your measurements and we will revert with your best fit. Furthermore, our pieces are made easily alterable. Do ask us for a list of recommended tailors for prices as low as $10 (depending on the size of your alteration) if you require this service. Easy!

  1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Most products are sold on a pre-order basis. As such, the shipping time of the products depends on when the suppliers batch out the orders, and if the customs side have delays. The usual process takes 8 days, but might have 1-2 days delay at customs. 

Gowns may take up to 3 weeks, or if there is delay in the batching. We seek your kind patience when unforeseen circumstances happen.

  1. What if the product I ordered runs out of stock?
If the product you ordered is sold out due to overwhelming demand, we will update you via email as soon as possible.
Sometimes a popular product may be in the process of being restocked (i.e. manufactured again by the supplier) and this may take some time. In such cases, other products in your order will be shipped to you first, followed by the product being restocked. We will update you via email when this happens.
  1. Do you have a physical store or stockist?

We currently operate online only. However, if you need sizing advice, feel free to drop us an email on the product code and your measurement. We will get back regarding your best fit! 

  1. How do I know what size to choose?
To assist you in selecting the right size, we have size charts to help you select the right fit for your clothing.
Once again, If you feel that you need advice, do email gowns.sg@gmail.com , provide us with the product code,  your bust/waist measurement & height/weight. We will get back to you within the day with your best fit. 
  1. Where are you based?

We are based in Singapore. Most of our products are specially curated from Korea or HK.

  1. How do refunds work?
    We only provide refund if the item you want is out of stock. We do not allow exchange if the size do not fit, as we need to ship back the item to the supplier and pay for the shipping back to SG again. 
  2. Do you have positive reviews?
    Yes! We have >100 unique positive reviews on Carousell and Facebook! Most of them are repeat customers too!
  3. Are your items true to pic?
    Please note that our items are true to picture. However do bear in mind that photo may slightly differ from actual item in terms of color due to lighting or your monitor's display
