Exchange & Delivery Policy
Please read these terms carefully before ordering products from Gowns.sg. By ordering products from us, you agree to be bound by our Delivery and Exchange Terms.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not purchase from our online shop.
Gown.sg's Return Policy
You will not be able to return or exchange your purchase(s) after confirmation. We strongly urge you to measure carefully before deciding on the size of your purchase. We also recommend you strongly to make use of our web chat at the bottom right of the screen to make sure the product you are purchasing is correct. There shall be strictly no refund and all requests will not be entertained. However, if the we are unable to get your item from the supplier. We will then be able to give you store credit or a refund.
Damaged and Defective Products
Unused defective products that cannot be repaired by our team can only be sent to its respective distributor or manufacturer, hence the time taken for them to make the exchange will be up to their discretion. You may need to wait up to 1 week for your gown once we send it back to the manufacturer or distributor. Thorough quality checks are done for every product that enters Gowns.sg's stock inventory, therefore it is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Defects discovered after the product has been used will not be entertained and you will be responsible for your own repairs. Defects based on customer perception will not be entertained as well.
We will deliver to the address indicated by you within Singapore usually within 8-14 working days. Your orders should not be delivered more than 10 working days from the date of purchase, however do accomodate time for us to order and get your item from our supplier. All orders are done on pre-order basis. Deliveries will be done from Mondays to Saturdays, not a public holiday. Deliveries will be done anytime between 1000 - 1700, 1700 - 2200 on these days. Please choose the timing carefully as Gown.sg may not inform buyer of exact delivery dates and time, hence it is important that buyers make sure that there will be someone around to receive the items. Should there be a mistake or change of shipper's address, you may need to fill up and send in a verification form for security reasons. Usually this security verification process may take 1-2 days, so be sure to fill in your correct address carefully to ensure your products reach you on time.
Gowns.sg will not attempt any second delivery, hence any items that are not successfully delivered will be kept for 14 days from the date of first attempted delivery. Buyers are to self collect. If item(s) is/are not collected after 28 days, it is considered delivered and there shall be no return or refund on the paid item(s).
The fact that a delivery period is exceeded does not entitle you to compensation. Gowns.sg excludes any liability for any failure to meet delivery periods.
If so happens that Gown.sg can no longer deliver the ordered products, we will be entitled to terminate the sale and will inform you immediately and reimburse payments made via the original payment method within 3-4 working days.
All Orders will only be processed between 0900 -1800 on Weekdays excluding public holiday. Orders placed after working hours or a non work day will be processed the following working day.
